Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control functions. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, manage quality control activities, and resolve quality-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control to maintain high standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Supervise Quality Control activities, including inspection schedules and records.
• Handle internal and external quality complaints; conduct root cause analysis and document reports.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for necessary tests and support sales.
• Provide technical support and training to the Sales Team.
• Assist the Head of Sales in managing client quality matters.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry; professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and best practices in the construction chemicals industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide a team of quality control professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
