About the Role:

Join our Client Relations team, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Hermès eCommerce business and flagship boutique clients. As the Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the Hermès brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hermès products, effectively conveying the brand’s values and vision to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on client inquiries and resolve any issues related to eCommerce orders, including delivery problems.
  • Order Management: Process online orders and monitor their status, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict adherence to Hermès policies on data protection and confidentiality.
  • Client Expectations: Uphold and exceed client expectations in every interaction, consistently delivering top-tier service.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support the team’s objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Availability: Open to working a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service or call center positions; internship experience is also valuable.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit, eager to assist peers, mentor new team members, and share knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and capable of analyzing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of French and/or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.43 to $28.64, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and more.
