Role Overview:
As an Associate in Asset Management, you will be responsible for locating and repossessing vehicles related to delinquent accounts. This involves utilizing skip tracing tools to gather, analyze, and update vehicle location information. You will work closely with our Loss Mitigation team and other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a queue of repossession accounts using a systematic approach.
  2. Conduct skip tracing activities to locate vehicles and update information with vendors.
  3. Validate and review accounts with incomplete or incorrect location details.
  4. Document and input account information accurately into relevant systems.
  5. Participate in coaching sessions and training to improve individual and team performance.
  6. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in skip tracing tools and techniques.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a similar role with significant skip tracing responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Remote work position with the need for a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking; moderate noise levels.

Salary Range:

  • Minimum Salary: $38,300.00
  • Maximum Salary: $57,500.00
  • The final salary will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
