About the Role
As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Australians and their businesses, helping to keep millions of people connected and strengthening our communities. With nearly one million customers visiting our Australia Post Offices each year, you’ll be part of the team ensuring every visit is a positive experience.
