Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our People & Culture Team as a Project Consultant. This full-time position, based in our Central Office in Burswood, involves leading HR projects, enhancing organizational strategies, and managing various initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the Litmos E-Learning platform and Mirus Rostering System, collaborating with external support teams, and ensuring that projects are executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the expert on the Litmos E-Learning platform and Mirus Rostering System, and manage the integration of future systems.
  • Collaborate with external teams to oversee, report, and negotiate adjustments to programs and services to meet company goals.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to Administration Officers on using Mirus Rostering software and the E-Learning Platform.
  • Assist Executive Management in analyzing rostering data and maintaining compliance with training and accreditation requirements.
  • Address and resolve issues related to the Mirus Rostering System and Litmos E-Learning platform to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and manage rosters, ensuring they meet staffing and regulatory requirements and align with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce agency and overtime costs, analyze project data, and report on performance indicators.
  • Design and implement operational processes, flow charts, and checklists to enhance efficiency across 29 Aegis facilities.
  • Research and create succession plans and career development programs to support staff advancement.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and manage financial risks associated with projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proactive and solution-focused with strong IT skills.
  • Proven ability in critical thinking and strategic problem-solving.
  • IT or Project Management qualifications are a plus.
  • Confident and personable, with excellent team leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
