Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This part-time, term-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is ready to support our Dean of Inclusive Curriculum and other staff members. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a good grasp of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Dean of Inclusive Curriculum and other staff.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail.
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Use technological tools to support various administrative functions.

  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with student management systems (like TASS) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
