We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to become a vital part of our People and Culture team. This role will provide essential HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, serving a diverse workforce across multiple locations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align our workforce with St Louis’ core values and strategic goals, fostering growth and opportunity for our employees.

About You:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR professional who is passionate about empowering others. You should be organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with People and Culture practices and legislation
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects with effective prioritization

About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare employment-related documents accurately and within designated timeframes, including job offers, job descriptions, contract variations, and recruitment processes.
  • Track and monitor activities such as probation reviews and manage administration related to performance reviews, compliance, and training.
  • Provide general administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding, employee departures, performance management, learning and development, and Health and Safety.
  • Collect and analyze HR data for regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ensure employee records are compliant with documentation requirements (e.g., contracts, police checks, qualifications) and follow up on outstanding paperwork.

Qualifications and Clearances:

Essential:

  • Overseas Criminal Convictions Statutory Declaration
  • National Police Clearance
  • Annual Flu Vaccination
  • Certificate III in HR Administration

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management
  • AHRI Certification
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
