Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Service Leader to join our Mount Claremont team. This role involves leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and engaging programs for primary-aged children. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to implement and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.
- Plan and organize daily activities and programs.
- Supervise and support children during before and after-school care.
- Prepare and serve nutritious food options.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages learning, play, and growth.

About You:
- Passionate and engaging approach to childcare with a talent for building positive relationships.
- Completed or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability for shifts from 6:30 am – 8:30 am and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
