Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Service Leader to join our Mount Claremont team. This role involves leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and engaging programs for primary-aged children. If you are passionate about fostering a positive environment and developing meaningful relationships with children and families, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to implement and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.
  • Plan and organize daily activities and programs.
  • Supervise and support children during before and after-school care.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious food options.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages learning, play, and growth.

About You:

  • Passionate and engaging approach to childcare with a talent for building positive relationships.
  • Completed or studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability for shifts from 6:30 am – 8:30 am and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
