Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Primary Learning Support Officer to join our team starting Term 1, 2025. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, energetic, and passionate about supporting student learning and development in a Catholic education setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to primary students, aiding their educational and personal development.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement learning strategies and accommodations.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of students.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices in learning support.

Qualifications and Criteria:

• Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in educational support roles is desirable but not required.
