Job Opening: Server at Qazak Restaurant LLC

We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our team at Qazak Restaurant LLC. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival, present the menu, assist with food selection, and take orders.
• Serve food promptly and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and barista to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and clear tables according to the brand’s standards before and after each customer.
• Ensure the staff delivers friendly, professional, and timely service; report any issues or complaints to the Manager.
• Handle bill payments and pass them to the cashier.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness
• Adaptable with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proven initiative and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational skills

Location: Ras al-Khaimah, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month
