Job Opening: Server at Qazak Restaurant LLC
We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our team at Qazak Restaurant LLC. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival, present the menu, assist with food selection, and take orders.
- Serve food promptly and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and barista to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Set up and clear tables according to the brand’s standards before and after each customer.
- Ensure the staff delivers friendly, professional, and timely service; report any issues or complaints to the Manager.
- Handle bill payments and pass them to the cashier.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Adaptable with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven initiative and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational skills
Location: Ras al-Khaimah, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month

Note: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Ras al-Khaimah or be planning to relocate before starting work. Preferred applicants will have at least 4 years of experience as a server.
