We are urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to oversee our HVAC/AC service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of post-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing service schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Scheduling: Organize and manage service schedules for technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Arrange appointments with customers and handle any scheduling adjustments.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for customer service inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Technical Support: Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and provide them with the necessary information and resources for effective service delivery.
- Service Documentation: Keep precise records of service requests, job statuses, and customer interactions. Prepare and process service reports and documentation as required.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels for service parts and equipment. Coordinate with procurement to maintain the availability of essential materials.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team, sales department, and management to enhance processes and improve service delivery.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English is required. Ability to communicate in other languages such as Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
- Driver’s License: Possess a valid UAE Driver’s License.
