Training: No need for prior tech knowledge—new colleagues attend a 2-3 day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain the skills needed to sell, serve, and support customers effectively. We also offer supplier training, product demos, and hands-on experience with the latest tech to boost your confidence.

Role Overview: As a Sales Colleague, you will:

• Ask insightful questions to match customers with the right products
• Ensure every customer interaction is memorable
• Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance
• Work across various departments and product ranges
• Assist with store operations and complete related tasks

You Will Need to Be:

• Approachable and friendly
• Eager to learn about new technology
• Comfortable achieving sales, service, and customer experience targets
• A strong team player, confident working across the store and supporting team success
