About the Role

We are excited to invite a new team member to join our Easyspace Group Support Team in Glasgow. In this role, you will work with various technologies and software, tackling a wide range of customer issues to ensure a consistently first-class service. This position offers not only the responsibility of resolving customer queries but also the chance to expand your skills and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Address and resolve a variety of customer inquiries, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

Technical Problem Solving:

  • Utilize your expertise in Linux or Windows administration to diagnose and solve technical issues.

Learning and Development:

  • Embrace the opportunity to grow and advance within the role, keeping up with the latest technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Customer Service Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Technical Support Background:

  • Experience in Technical Customer Support or IT Helpdesk roles.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • A passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
