Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 1,300 apartments in Örebro and Katrineholm. This position involves ensuring the technical management of our properties is conducted in line with our commercial and operational strategies. You will lead a team of eight, including property technicians, property managers, and an environmental host, guiding daily operations and maintenance while embodying proactive leadership.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate both planned maintenance and daily property management activities.
  • Lead a team, taking full responsibility for managing property technicians, property managers, and an environmental host.
  • Drive renovation and property enhancement projects, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Formulate and monitor maintenance strategies, continuously striving for operational improvements.
  • Develop and evaluate investment plans to support company growth.
  • Lead energy efficiency initiatives and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with contractors and the area manager to manage service procurements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Regularly engage with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize systems like heating, ventilation, and other technical aspects of the properties.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in residential property management, particularly within a business-driven setting. Your background might include roles such as property manager, technical manager, operations manager, or project manager in the real estate sector. You should have experience in leading teams and managing projects, with a desire to continue growing these skills with us.

Education and Skills

You should have a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications, combined with professional experience in property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. A valid B driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required, as the role involves travel between sites.
