Encoder System is looking for a skilled React Developer to join us on a one-time project aimed at creating a custom web application. This role involves developing a responsive, user-friendly interface based on our design specifications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and top-notch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface Development: Create and implement user interfaces using React.js based on provided design mockups.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize the application for speed and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in React development.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve any issues or bugs during the development process.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the application is compatible across different browsers and devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• React Proficiency: Strong experience with React.js and related libraries such as Redux, React Router, etc.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Build Tools: Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Version Control: Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Responsive Design: Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
