Job Description

A UK-based Travel Management Company is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in Karachi. As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and handling escalations across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will maintain composure under pressure and deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an international call center.
  • Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional care.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • High focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.
  • Creative writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptable to change with strong prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
