Job Description

Location: North Nazimabad Block C, Karachi

Shift: 6-hour shifts, flexible between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Who We’re Looking For:

• Young and energetic males, aged 16-26
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Experience in chat support or a similar role
• A proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Proficient in using social media for business
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through chat, email, and social media, providing friendly and informed assistance.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during interactions, boosting sales.
• Manage Social Media: Take charge of our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create Content: Craft compelling content, from product descriptions to promotional posts, to drive engagement and sales.
• Generate Leads: Use social media to identify and connect with potential customers, turning them into sales opportunities.
• Analyze Data: Monitor and interpret social media performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
