About the Role:
We are looking for a seasonal Store Experience Guide for our Chinook Centre store. YETI stores serve as community hubs for outdoor enthusiasts, where people can connect, share experiences, and build authentic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a passion for YETI’s brand and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the YETI brand.
- Engage with customers and highlight product features to help them find the perfect YETI gear.
- Show initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
- Communicate positively and effectively with both customers and team members.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role.
- Familiarity with new technology and processes aimed at increasing profitability.
- Ability to work up to 29 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Capability to lift, bend, and move products up to 50 pounds, and stand for the entire work shift.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
