Job Description

Accounts & HR Assistant Position Available: Immediate Start

Are you a finance graduate with a solid background in accounting and HR? We are looking for an Accounts & HR Assistant to join our team immediately. This role offers a chance to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment and contribute to both financial and human resource functions.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Tasks: Handle data entry, journal entries, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • VAT Documentation: Manage UAE VAT documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Document Control: Oversee document management and control.
  • Communication: Draft formal letters and emails as required.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience: QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and UAE VAT regulations.

Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 3,000.00 per month.
  • Job Type: Full-time position.

Location:

  • Sharjah: Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate with employer-provided assistance (preferred).
