Accounts & HR Assistant Position Available: Immediate Start
Are you a finance graduate with a solid background in accounting and HR? We are looking for an Accounts & HR Assistant to join our team immediately. This role offers a chance to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment and contribute to both financial and human resource functions.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Tasks: Handle data entry, journal entries, and reconciliation tasks.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- VAT Documentation: Manage UAE VAT documentation and ensure compliance.
- Document Control: Oversee document management and control.
- Communication: Draft formal letters and emails as required.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience: QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and UAE VAT regulations.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 3,000.00 per month.
- Job Type: Full-time position.
Location:
- Sharjah: Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate with employer-provided assistance (preferred).
