Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care following established standards of practice, physician instructions, facility policies, and relevant guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow protocols for incident reporting.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for managing narcotics, pharmacy orders, and reducing restraints.
  • Record any changes in patients’ conditions, such as nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, or weight loss.
  • Use the Quality Life Manual to identify, assign, and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
  • Inform relevant departments about changes in patients’ rooms, leaves of absence, new admissions, or discharges.
  • Accompany physicians on rounds when necessary.


  • Active LVN/LPN license in the practicing state.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Preferably, some experience in nursing management, though not required.
