About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer NOC to join our 24x7x365 team, responsible for managing RDS networks and infrastructure while providing second-level customer support. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and intuition, with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will play a critical role in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network reliability across L2/L3, cloud, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Network Monitoring and Support:
- Provide 24×7 vigilance for network operations and offer second-level customer support.
- Troubleshoot and escalate network issues according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular checks and backups on network infrastructure to ensure the uptime of monitoring tools.

Service Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure new services and modify existing ones in line with prescribed procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve network errors efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Track and document network issues, preparing comprehensive incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address network-related issues.

Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional teams to manage network and customer-related concerns.
- Ensure judicious use of network, hardware, and software resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with network infrastructure management, including routers and switches for L2/L3 services.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to shift cycles year-round.
