Role: Special Assistant / Business Coordinator

Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive support to the School Principal in business and marketing activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost the school’s visibility and community involvement.
- Contribute to elevating the school’s profile and increasing student enrollment.
- Assist in creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to highlight the school’s programs and attract new students.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Principal and staff, parents, and external partners.
- Support the planning and execution of school events and initiatives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and address any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but candidates with strong business and marketing backgrounds are also welcome.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
