Position: Sales Executive (K-12 Sector)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong track record in the K-12 education sector. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue across GCC countries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and market segments. Develop strategies to engage with prospects, showcase our products/services, and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs to offer customized solutions, act as the primary contact, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Work with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies. Use various techniques such as networking and cold calling to generate and convert leads.
  4. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to finalize contracts. Ensure all terms are clear and agreed upon by both parties, and close deals promptly while meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  5. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and address potential challenges.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (product development, marketing, operations) to ensure cohesive delivery of client value. Provide feedback for product and service improvements based on client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales/business development experience in the educational sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting sales targets.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
